Letter from Robert Leslie, Tarbert House, Tarbert, County Kerry, to William Gregory, Under Secretary, Dublin Castle, reporting the spread of disaffection from County Limerick across the border into County Kerry and requesting a supply of ammunition for the Tarbert yeomanry corps. Also reports on the quantity of firearms held by the lower orders, 13 August 1821. Encloses letter from John B Kitson, Derry, County Kerry, acting chief constable of police for barony of Iraghticonnor, County Kerry, to Leslie, reporting attacks on houses to obtain firearms in the vicinity of Rathoran, County Kerry.
