Letter from [RB] Buchanan, Tithe Commissioner, Mitchelstown, [County Cork], to Lieut Col [Sir William] Gosset, [Under Secretary, Dublin Castle], stating that the Bishop of Cloyne has accepted him as commissioner of the parish of Kildorrery, [County Cork], while regarding Mr Ross's certificate not legal, and asking for an official letter to Rev Ludlow Tonson in corroboration. Also, damp press copy letter from Edward John Littleton, [Chief Secretary, Dublin Castle], to Dowling Wall, Tithe Commissioner, County Cork, withdrawing the warrant for the parish of Aglish, County Cork. [Archivist's note: the two items were filed together by mistake.]
