Includes petition of the commissioners of the turnpike road from Dublin to Mullingar, to Charles Whitworth, Earl Whitworth, Lord Lieutenant, Dublin Castle, requesting an advance of money from the consolidated fund to construct a new line of road 'to avoid the great Hill of Cappagh lying between Kilcock and Kinnegad. Details the reasons why the advance is required, and the income in tolls generated from the road.
